Does your attic have enough insulation? Insufficient insulation can lead to higher costs in your energy bill since your AC and heater needs to work overtime to keep your home a consistent temperature. Our customer found uneven temperatures throughout his home and wanted insulation done. Upon inspection, we found that the attic had almost no insulation. First, we removed the little insulation that was there to make room for new insulation. Next, we found any energy leaking gaps and air sealed the attic. This will prevent heat and air conditioning from leaving the living spaces. After, we installed new fiberglass batt insulation to keep the home a more even temperature through the year.
