1-Year Rodent Proofing Warranty Certificate

We are pleased to provide this 1-Year Limited Rodent Proofing Warranty for the treated areas of your property (excluding habitable living spaces and garages). This warranty is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions outlined below.

This warranty transfers to the next owner if the property is sold.

Services Covered

  • Inspection of previously treated areas
  • Sealing of newly discovered rodent entry points within covered areas
  • Sanitization of affected areas when applicable
  • Light cleaning of affected areas related to warranty service

Preventative Recommendation

While no rodent prevention system can guarantee permanent protection, regular pest control monitoring and preventative maintenance can significantly reduce the likelihood of future rodent activity. We strongly recommend implementing an ongoing prevention program to maximize long-term protection.

Important Note

Rodents trapped inside a structure may occasionally die in inaccessible areas such as attics or crawl spaces. To help minimize this risk and reduce potential odors, we strongly recommend utilizing professional trapping services before scheduling a warranty visit.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or entry points caused by:

  • Natural disasters or severe weather events
  • Work performed by third-party contractors or homeowners
  • Tree branches or vegetation contacting the structure
  • Structural movement, settling, or shifting
  • Fire, flooding, earthquakes, or other catastrophic events

Areas not covered:

  • Habitable living spaces
  • Garages
  • Areas not included in the original service
  • Adjacent or connected structures
  • Areas where access has been restricted or modified
  • Areas where original sealing materials have been removed, damaged, or altered

Service limitations:

  • Rodent trapping or removal services
  • Dead animal removal
  • Odor remediation from deceased rodents
  • Secondary damage caused by rodent activity
  • Insulation, wiring, drywall, or structural repairs
  • Preventative maintenance and pest control services

This warranty becomes void if:

  • Payment obligations are not fulfilled
  • Unauthorized modifications are made to treated areas
  • Recommended maintenance procedures are not followed
  • The property remains vacant for more than 30 consecutive days
