We started this project with an attic cleanup. First, the crew used a heavy duty vacuum and removal hoses to remove old insulation and any dust or debris out. Next, the crew sanitized the attic in preparation for the insulation. The crew also air sealed the attic to prevent any heat or cold leaks from traveling from the living space up into the attic. Then, the crew installed wire mesh and silicone to cover up any entry points in the attic for rodent proofing services. Finally, the crew installed new R-38 and R-19 batts insulation on the attic floor and walls.
