We removed the existing and decompressed insulation from the attic. After we began cleaning, disinfecting, rodent proofing, and air sealing in the attic and crawlspace. We located and also sealed potential entry points we found in the attic and the exterior of the home. The crawlspace had no previous insulation, therefore we installed new insulation according to CA building codes.
