Are your energy bills to high? Then it’s time to call Atticare for your free inspection. For this project our crew began by providing a deep cleaning. Using our heavy duty vacuum they cleaned up all the debris and dirt. Once it was nice and clean they sanitized this step is important to get rid of all the bacteria. After this they rodent proofed this process involved sealing holes and gaps we found in the attic. Our last step was installing new R-38 batts insulation in the attic according to CA building code.  This home will now be more energy efficient.
