Insulation in the attic can decompress over a period of time. Left unmaintained can cause bad air quality to enter your home. We began our work by first removing the insulation. Before we can replace it, we cleaned the attic’s surface to eliminate any lingering odors. Then we air sealed any gaps to prevent heat or cold leaks. We also sealed any holes we found to prevent future costly damages. Our last step was installing new batt insulation accordingly to CA building code, in the attic.
