Using our heavy duty vacuum they cleaned up all the debris and dirt. Once it was nice and clean they sanitized this step is important to get rid of all the bacteria. After this they rodent proofed this process involved sealing holes and gaps we found in the attic. Finally, the workers installed new R-38 batts insulation on the attic floors. The new insulation was installed accordingly to CA building code and will ensure lower energy bills.
