It was dirty and contaminated by rodents. First the  crew begun by removing all the old insulation and hauling it away. Once it was removed they performed a deep cleaning making sure the whole attic was sanitized. After this they rodent proofed sealing any entry point rodents could be using to access the attic. Then the crew laid out brand new R-30 batts insulation. This home is ready for any weather now cold or hot.
