We decided the best course of action for this home, was to do attic insulation removal. Next, we vacuumed and sanitized the attic floor to get rid of the odor and harmful bacteria. Then we air sealed all of the gaps using expanding foam. After, we rodent proofed the attic to prevent future infestation. Finally, we finished off by installing R-38 fiberglass insulation. This is not only going to help our customer save money on their energy bills, but the new batt insulation will also improve the air quality inside of the house for this family.
