Do you hear scurrying or scratching noises coming from your attic? This might be because rodents have made their way into your home’s attic. For this project we provided an attic cleanup, rodent proofing services and new insulation. First, our crew used 22 HP vacuum to remove any existing debris in that attic for the cleanup. We also sanitize the attic to get rid of any bacteria and foul odors. Next, we air sealed the attic by applying polyurethane expanding foam on air leaks to prevent heat and cold loss. Then, they used the wire mesh and expandable foam to cover up any entry points in the attic and exterior of the home. Rodent proofing services will keep rodents out of the attic and crawlspace and prevent future costly damages to the new insulation. Finally, the workers installed new Owen’s Corning R-30 batts insulation on the attic floors.
