No insulation in your attic affects your home’s acoustics, such as the temperature, and energy efficiency. Our customer’s attic had existing decomposed insulation, which we replaced. First, the crew began vacuuming the attic of all the dust and old roof debris. Next, the crew sanitized the attic space with our 100% natural solution, killing all the bacteria. Also, the attics were air sealed to prevent heat and cold air leaks to travel from the living space to the attic.  Then, the crew rodent proofed, the prevention of rodents coming in is key to keep the insulation in tact. The crew finished up by installing brand new Owen’s Corning R-30 batts insulation. Now the home will be feel comfortable year round and lower energy bills.
