Our technician went out to inspect the customer’s attic and found old insulation. First, the crew provided an attic cleanup to vacuum up the insulation and debris. Next, the sanitization process began with our 100% natural solution. Sanitizing the attic will help eliminate any lingering odors. Then, we air sealed the attic and provided rodent proofing services. Preventing rodents from coming into the attic  is beneficial, since they won’t be able to destroy the new insulation. Finally, the crew installed the new R-38 batts insulation, accordingly to the CA building code. This new insulation will improve the home’s living space, as well as lowering energy bills.
