Once it was completely clean they sanitized this is important to get rid of all the bacteria. Then they rodent proofed sealing any entry points rodents might have access to. Therefor the attic was ready for the brand new insulation, the crew installed R-38 batts insulation for the attic floors. The attic walls got R-19 batts insulation. The attic is now up to CA code and more comfortable for the family.
