Our customer reached out to us in regards to getting attic services. We scheduled a free inspection with one of our technicians, he recommended an attic cleanup and insulation installation. First, our crew began the decontamination process. The process consists of vacuuming out debris and old insulation, sanitization, and air sealing. Then, we used wire mesh and silicone to cover up any entry points to the attic and crawlspace. The rodent proofing will prevent rodents from entering the attic or crawlspace. Afterwards, the crew installed new batts insulation, accordingly to CA building code. In addition, the new insulation will ensure a more comfortable home during summer and winter.
