This home had no insulation and a dirty crawlspace. We began our service by cleaning the crawlspace surface, we also sanitized to remove any lingering odors. We then performed rodent proofing in the crawlspace. This process involved sealing holes and gaps our team had found. This step is important to prevent future rodent activity and costly damages. Our next step was installing batts insulation in the crawlspace. Then we installed a new moisture barrier in the crawlspace. This will prevent future moisture issues in the crawlspace.
