Our client in Sunnyvale, CA reached out to us needing an attic inspection for new blown-in insulation. Our team got to work by removing the old insulation from the attic. This was done using a 19 HP vacuum and removal tubes.  After we began our next step by cleaning the attic. We then performed rodent proofing in the attic. This process involved sealing holes and gaps we found in the attic. This step is important to prevent future rodent activity. Our last step was installing new attic blown-in insulation accordingly to CA building code.
