Your home should always be comfortable, a clean attic and crawlspace is a good way to start. For this project we begun with cleaning both the attic and crawlspace. Once both where completely clean they sanitized this is important to get rid of all the bacteria. Then they rodent proofed sealing any entry points rodents might have access to. After a radiant barrier was installed in the attic, radiant barrier’s reflects radiant heat rather than absorbing it. Then they installed R-38 batts insulation in the attic. For the crawlspace we installed R-19 batts insulation. This home is now energy efficient and ready for any kind of weather.
