Seal and rodent-proof
Entry points closed with wire mesh, polyurethane foam and cement, with two to four indicator traps left as a check. Gaps around fixtures, piping, wiring and vents air-sealed in the same pass. Crawl space vents and pipe penetrations meshed and foamed as well.
New insulation
New cellulose blown in across the attic, on a clean, sealed deck rather than on top of the old layer.

Droppings, nests and debris vacuumed from the crawl space’s hard surfaces, with sanitation included.

The attic finished with the old insulation removed, heavy rodent waste and nests vacuumed out, OdoBan sanitation, entry points sealed with wire mesh, polyurethane foam and cement, air sealing around fixtures, piping, wiring and vents, and new blown-in cellulose. Below, the crawl space was cleaned of droppings, nests and debris with sanitation, and its openings and pipe penetrations were meshed and foamed.
