In this attic we provided an attic cleanup, rodent proofing services and new insulation. First, our crew used 22 HP vacuum to remove any existing insulation and debris from the attic. We also sanitize the attic to get rid of any bacteria and foul odors. Then, they used the wire mesh and expandable foam to cover up any entry points. Rodent proofing services will keep pesky rodents out of the attic and prevent future damage. Finally, the workers installed new R-30 batts insulation on the attic floors. This new insulation was installed accordingly to CA building code and will ensure lower energy bills.
