For this project the crew worked in the crawlspace of the home. The crew began with rodent proofing. This is done by sealing any entry points and gaps where rodents might be entering. Then they placed Owen’s Corning batts insulation in the entire crawlspace per California building code. The job was finished by placing a moisture barrier which helps to eliminate moisture. It also helps with preventing water damage.
