We began our work by cleaning the surface areas of the attic. This step allows us to remove any lingering odors in the attic. Then we performed rodent proofing in the attic and crawlspace. This process involved sealing holes and gaps we found to prevent future costly damages to the home. We then moved on to installing R-38 Owen’s Corning batts insulation per California building code.
