The crawlspace had existing insulation in some areas and others did not. We also found that the crawlspace needed to be cleaned. We removed the old decompressed insulation from the crawlspace. Our team used a vacuum and removal tubes to do this. After, we began our next step by cleaning the crawlspace. This step allows us to remove any lingering odors in the crawlspace. Our team then performed rodent proofing. By sealing holes and gaps we can prevent future rodent activity. We finished by installed Batts insulation accordingly to CA building code.
