An attic clean up is a simple and efficient way to keep your home safe. This customer knew he had squirrels in the attic and wanted to do something about it fast. We saw during the inspection that the old insulation was contaminated and needed to be replaced. First, we bagged all of the old insulation to safely remove from the home. Next, we vacuumed all of the squirrel droppings and sanitized the attic floor. After, we rodent proofed the attic to keep future squirrels from creating a home and air sealed energy leaking gaps. Lastly, we finished off by installing fiberglass insulation to help keep the family more comfortable and improve the air quality inside the home.
