Once it was nice and clean they sanitized to get rid of all the bacteria. Next, the crew installed wire mesh to cover up any entry points in the attic to rodent proof. Finally, the workers installed brand new R-38 batts insulation. The new insulation was installed accordingly to CA building code and will ensure lower energy bills.
