The old insulation was removed and completely cleaned out of the attic. Once it was completely clean the crew sanitized the attic’s surface areas with 100% natural solution. Then they rodent proofed by sealing all entry points that rodents might have access to. This process involved sealing holes and gaps we found to prevent future costly damages to the home. Finally, the crew installed brand new R-38 batts insulation in the attic. The home is now energy efficient. In addition to this, our client’s home will feel much more comfortable during the upcoming summer season. 

After we completed our work in the attic we moved on to the crawlspace area of the home. The crawlspace had old insulation as well. We quickly got to work to ensure our client’s crawl space is dry, clean, and well-insulated as possible. We removed the old insulation and began our services by cleaning the crawlspace surface areas. This step allows us to remove any lingering odors in the crawlspace. Afterward, we installed brand new R-19 batts insulation in the crawlspace. We hope our client is enjoying their newly insulated home.
