During the free inspection our Technician found the a lot of dirt, debris and very little insulation. The crew begun by removing all of the dirt and debris. After this they sanitized to get rid of all the bacteria and any lingering odors. Then they rodent proofed this step is important so rodents do not come in and damage the work. They also sealed all the gaps to prevent air leaks transferring from inside/out the house. They finished the job by installing batts insulation in the walls and attic floor. This home’s attic is now clean and energy efficient.
