Once both where completely clean they sanitized this is important to get rid of all the bacteria. Then they rodent proofed sealing any entry points rodents might have access to. Then they installed R-19 batts insulation in the crawlspace. And for the attic R-38 batts insulation. This home will now be comfortable in any weather.
