Our client in Danville, California reached out to us needing an attic and crawlspace inspection. After our inspection, we recommended clean up, insulation removal services, rodent proofing, and a vapor barrier. One of the benefits of new insulation for our clients is to save money on their energy bills. In addition, our clients can become more comfortable in their home. Before our team started our work they laid down plastic sheeting and reinforced it with tape. This process is to ensure our services are done cleanly, efficiently, and smoothly for our clients. We removed the existing and decompressed insulation from the attic using a 19 HP vacuum and removal tubes. Then we cleaned the surface areas of the attic. This step allows us to remove any lingering odors in the attic. We finished our services by rodent proofing the attic and crawlspace. This process involved sealing holes and gaps we found to prevent future costly damages to the home. Our team then moved onto our process of cleaning the surface areas of the crawlspace. Finally, we finished the project by installing a new crawlspace vapor barrier.  This will help to prevent moisture related issues in the crawlspace.
