This client asked for a technician to inspect their attic and crawlspace. The goal for this project then became to clean both spaces and refresh the insulation.

Our heavy-duty vacuum removed the existing insulation in the attic and trapped any particles that could linger in the air. We disposed of the debris in sealed bags. Our workers cleaned, sanitized and rodent-proofed the attic and installed batt insulation consistent with CA building codes.

Next, we shifted our focus to cleaning the crawlspace. We completed air sealing, which closed any drafts by patching and caulking around wiring fixtures, plumbing pipes and ventilation. After performing rodent-proofing in the crawlspace, our team added new batt insulation overhead.
