Is your home too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter? You will experience these kinds of problems if your home is not insulated properly. This customer had very little insulation in the attic and no insulation in the crawlspace. To help keep his home an even temperature and to help reduce his energy bills, we recommended installing new batt insulation. First, we started off in the attic by completely removing all of the old insulation. Once the attic was cleared, we vacuumed and sanitized the attic floor. Next, we air sealed to close off any energy leaking gaps. Lastly, we finished the attic by installing fiberglass insulation for maximum energy efficiency. For the crawlspace, we vacuumed the crawlspace floor and sanitized. We air sealed the crawlspace as well before installing batt insulation. Now our customer can enjoy a more comfortable home all year long!
