Our customer in South Pasadena called us to help replace the blown in insulation for the home’s attic. First, our crew provided an attic cleanup by vacuuming out the old blown in and debris. Next, the sanitization services were done as well as the air sealing. These are very important steps to eliminate bad odors, and to prevent heat and cold leaks from traveling from the living space to the attic. Then, the crew covered up any entry points in the attic, crawlspace and exterior of the home. Rodent proofing services are important to prevent rodents from entering the attic and cause costly damages. Later, the workers completed the job by installing R-38 blown in insulation into the attic.
