For this project, our high-powered vacuum and removal tubes cleared out debris. Our attic cleanups include removing signs of rodent presence, especially urine, feces and materials used for nests.

To protect the rest of the home, our team hung plastic coverings along the access route to the attic and wore protective gear. Following Torrance’s health and safety codes, all hazardous materials were removed in sealed bags to prevent contamination.

Then, our workers sanitized, eliminating 99.9% of bacteria that can create a musty smell. Rodent proofing was the last step, blocking off any vulnerabilities or access routes into the attic with wire mesh and expandable foam. The result was a safer attic free from debris and inhospitable to pests.
