This home had no insulation and a dirty crawlspace. We began our service by cleaning the crawlspace surface, we also sanitized to remove any lingering odors. We then performed rodent proofing in the crawlspace. This process involved sealing holes and gaps our team had found. This step is important to prevent future rodent activity and costly damages. After this they placed a radiant barrier, radiant barriers are designed to reflect heat instead of absorbing it. The crew finished up by installing brand new Owen’s Corning R-38 batts insulation. Now the home will be at a comfortable temperature throughout the year.
