On this project, we did a full attic restoration. We started with attic cleanup and insulation removal. our team cleaned all the old insulation and put it in garbage bags then we sanitized the attic to make sure we got rid of all the contaminants then we rodent proof to ensure rodents never come back, we sealed air gaps (air sealing) to help with energy efficiency and then we install new insulation 38 batts per CA energy code.
