Our client in Concord, CA reached out to us after purchasing their new home wanting an inspection. After our inspection, our technician recommended insulation replacement and attic cleanup services. Our team quickly got to work after prepping the home and work areas. We removed the existing and decompressed insulation from the attic using a 19 HP vacuum and removal tubes. After we began our next step by cleaning the attic. We then performed rodent proofing in the attic and crawlspace. This process involved sealing holes and gaps we found in the attic.
