First, our crew used 22 HP vacuum to remove any existing debris in that attic. We also sanitize the attic to kill any bacteria and foul odors. Next, we air sealed the attic by applying expandable foam and silicone to air leaks, the space around electrical, pipes, and vents to prevent heat and cold loss between your living space and the area of service. Then, the crew used the wire mesh and expandable foam to cover up any entry points. Rodent proofing services will keep pesky rodents out of the attic and crawlspace and prevent future damage.
