The wrong kind of insulation can be costly on your energy bills. This attic had old decomposed R-11 insulation which was dirty and no longer doing its job. Atticare cleaned the whole attic out,  removing all the dirt and old insulation. After this they sanitized with 100% natural solution killing all the bacteria. Next they rodent proofed sealing any potential entry points for rodents. Then they installed the brand new R-38 batts insulation. This home is now energy efficient.
