A dirty attic with old insulation can be bring many problems to a home. In this project we replaced old insulation. First, the crew vacuumed out any old insulation along with debris, as the cleanup. Next, we also sanitized the attic space to kill any bacterias and eliminate foul odors. Then, the crew performed rodent proofing services by covering any entry points in the attic and exterior of the home with wire mesh. Excluding rodents out of the attic and crawlspace can prevent future costly damages. Finally, the crew installed new R-30 batts insulation on the attic floors. Installing new insulation is beneficial to the home since it helps lower energy usage, and help have a more comfortable home during summer and winter.
