Using our heavy duty vacuum they cleaned up all the old insulation and debris. Next, the sanitization services were done as well as the air sealing. These are very important steps to eliminate bad odors, and to prevent heat and cold leaks from traveling from the living space to the attic. Then, the workers provided  rodent proofing services by sealing holes and gaps we found in the attic. Finally, we installed the brand new R-38 batts insulation in the attic, accordingly to CA building code.
