Once it was completely clean they sanitized this is important to get rid of all the bacteria. Then they rodent proofed sealing any entry points rodents might have access to. After this the crew installed a radiant barrier. This is primarily to reduce summer heat gain and reduce cooling costs. Radiant barrier’s reflects radiant heat rather than absorbing it. Finally the crew installed brand new R-38 batts insulation for the attic floors and R-19 for the walls. The home is now energy efficient.
