We started this project with an attic cleanup. As usual we removed old insulation and vacuumed any dust or debris out of the attic. In preparation for insulation the crew sanitized the whole attic. Next, the crew installed wire mesh to cover up any entry points in the attic to rodent proof. Covering up any entry points in the attic will help keep rodents out. Then they installed R-38 Batts insulation, this home is now up to California building code.
