For this project the crew cleaned out the whole attic of all the debris. After this they sanitized to kill all and any bacteria. Then the crew rodent proofed up any entry points rodents might be using to access the attic. Therefor the attic was ready for the brand new insulation, the crew installed R-38 batts insulation. The attic is now up to CA code and more comfortable for the family.
