Not looking after your attic for a long period of time will deteriorate the condition of the space. In this attic we cleaned up the attic by vacuuming out debris. Afterwards, we sanitized the attic floors and walls to disinfect it from any bacterias and eliminate foul odors.  We also put up wire mesh and used expandable foam to cover up any entry points in the attic.  This prevents rodents from coming into the attic and destroying the new insulation. Finally, we installed new R-38 fiberglass batts in the attic. Installing new fiberglass insulation will help minimize temperature fluctuations, as well as lowering energy bills.
