Rodents in the attic can affect the air quality of your home. This customer had a squirrel issue that needed to be taken care of. First, we bagged all of the contaminated insulation for safe removal. Once the attic floor was cleared, we vacuumed the rodent droppings and sanitized the floor to get rid of harmful bacteria. Next, we identified any potential entry points and sealed them using our rodent proofing process. This will help prevent future attic infestation. We then air sealed any gaps found on the attic floor and finally finished off by installing new batt insulation.
