Many homes in the Los Angeles are under insulated or have old insulation. In this project we started with an attic cleanup. The crew removed and vacuumed any old insulation and debris out of the attic. Then, the attic floors were sanitized with our 100% natural solution to kill any bacterias. Later, the workers rodent proofed the attic and exterior parts of the crawlspace.  Rodent proofing helps prevent future costly damages. In this project we also air sealed the attic to prevent hot or cold air leaks from traveling to the inside of the home. Finally, the crew installed new r-38 batts on the attic floors. New insulation will ensure good air quality for the home and lower energy bills.
