Sometimes homeowners hear noises coming from the attic and needs a professional to inspect the cause. After our inspection was performed at this home we provided recommendations. Our technician recommended the old insulation to be replaced as well as clean up services. 

We removed the existing and decompressed insulation from the attic using a 19 HP vacuum and removal tubes. Then we began our work by cleaning the surface areas of the attic. This step allows us to remove any lingering odors in the attic. Afterward, we performed rodent proofing in the attic. Our team finished our services by installing R-30 Owen’s Corning batts insulation, in the attic.

We then began our next step by cleaning the crawlspace. Afterward, we sealed all of the gaps to prevent heat and cold leaks. We then performed rodent proofing in the crawlspace.  This process involved sealing holes and gaps we found. Rodent proofing is important to prevent future rodent activity.
