Do you hear noises in your attic? This customer called believing they may have rodents in the attic and wanted to check. Upon inspection, the technician found droppings, ripped insulation, and tunnels. To resolve this issue, we knew we needed to take care of the insulation first. We got right to work by removing all of the old insulation and vacuuming any droppings. Next, we sanitized the attic floor to get rid of any lingering odor and harmful bacteria. With the attic clear, we were able to identify rodent entry points and seal them to prevent future infestation. We then air sealed the attic floor to prevent energy leakages. We finished off by installing new fiberglass batt insulation.
