When was the last time you got your attic inspected? Rodents are naturally drawn to warm, humid areas such as an attic. It’s important to get your attic checked regularly to ensure that no unwanted critters have made their way inside. During this customer’s free inspection, we found he did have a rodent issue. To remedy this, we knew he needed an attic clean up. We started off by prepping the area. First, we laid down large sheets of plastic on the furniture and floor to make sure the home stays clean. We then got right to work by removing all of the old insulation. Next, we vacuumed the attic floor to get rid of any debris. Once this was clear, we sanitized the attic floor and air sealed any energy leaking gaps. Rodent proofing was done next to help keep rodents out. Finally, we finished off by installing new fiberglass batt insulation and baffles.
