Most of our customers call us for rodent issues. This customer had a long history of rodent activity in the attic that needed to be resolved. We started by removing all of the contaminated insulation and vacuuming the feces and debris. After sanitizing the attic floor, we air sealed the attic to prevent energy leakage during the year. We then got to work with our rodent proofing service, sealing off any potential entry points to prevent rodents from coming in again. We finished off by installing new R38 batt insulation and laid down OSB boards for storage.
