This project consisted of two service days. On the first day the crew provided an attic cleanup. The old R-11 insulation was removed during the cleanup, as well as any debris. Then, the workers sanitized the attic floors to get rid on any foul odors and bacterias. The crew also air sealed the attic, this will prevent hot and cold leaks from traveling to the living space. Later, rodent proofing services were done by putting up wire mesh and silicone in any entry points of the attic and exterior of the home. Finally, the crew finished the job by installing new R-38 batts insulation. The new insulation will ensure that the home is a comfortable living space during extreme weather and save on home energy bills.
