This Attic had a lot of debris, and decomposed R-11 insulation. The crew removed all of old insulation, and vacuumed all of the debris up. After this they sanitized to kill all and any bacteria. Then the crew rodent proofed up any entry points rodents might be using to access the attic. This step is important so rodents won’t come in and ruin the attic. Therefor the attic was ready for the brand new insulation, the crew installed R-30 batts insulation. The attic is now up to CA code and more comfortable for the family.
